Honestly, I am surprised it stayed up on there for that long, but yea, terms of service was broken, so I moved them to Itaku. It should be on the link provided on the left side of my user page. I am looking for alternatives for mobile users as well if I can find them.

Regarding the GIF thumbnail thing: they added in an icon editor until they get a fix on that, so you can change the thumbnail to a static image if you like. It's on the bottom left of the submission page. Not really mentioned enough that people will find it if they don't know about it but... maybe good to know about.
